jiwin enforces strict age verification. No person under 18 may access jiwin's real-money products. Age checks happen at registration and at first withdrawal.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your jiwin account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours – giving you breathing room before any changes take effect.
Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given period on jiwin. When your loss limit is reached, jiwin will temporarily suspend further real-money play for that period.

jiwin verifies user age at registration using the date of birth provided. Prior to first withdrawal, all users are required to submit a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) which is cross-checked against the registered date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed, all pending bets voided, and deposits returned to the original payment source.
If you are a parent, guardian, or adult living with someone under 18, we strongly recommend enabling parental controls on shared devices to prevent underage access to jiwin. Self-exclusion is jiwin's most powerful responsible gaming tool. It is designed for players who feel they have lost control of their gambling and need a meaningful, enforced break – not just a temporary pause that can be undone on a whim.
When you self-exclude from jiwin, the following happens immediately:
Self-exclusion periods on jiwin: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. The minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months and cannot be reversed before it expires. After the period ends, you must make an active request to reinstate your account – jiwin will not automatically re-activate excluded accounts.

Click your profile icon in the top right corner and navigate to "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Inside Account Settings, select the "Responsible Gaming" tab. You will see all available tools: deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off, and self-exclusion.
Select the tool you want to activate, enter your desired PKR limit or time period, and confirm the setting. Most tools take effect immediately. Limit increases have a 24-hour delay.
