These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jiwin platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. Last updated: June 2026.
Access to all jiwin services is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory.
Each user is permitted a single jiwin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All information provided to jiwin must be accurate and truthful. False details – including name, CNIC, or date of birth – will result in account termination.
jiwin operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.
Any attempt to defraud jiwin or other users – including collusion, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of software errors – is grounds for immediate account suspension.
It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jiwin is lawful under the laws of their local jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jiwin platform – including the website, mobile browser interface, sports betting section, jiwin Casino, slots, and cashier – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules published on jiwin for specific products or promotions.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using jiwin and close your account if one has been created. jiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of jiwin following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
To create a jiwin account and access real-money services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Age Verification: jiwin actively verifies user age. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank) less any applicable processing fees. No winnings will be paid to underage users under any circumstances.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each person may hold only one active jiwin account. Registering multiple accounts – whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiwin will close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets placed across duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the user's CNIC, device, and IP address from future registration.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering with jiwin. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a working Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age. jiwin reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration detail at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiwin login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your account login details with any third party. jiwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security practices. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your jiwin account at the earliest opportunity.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). jiwin is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks on users as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to provide all documents requested by jiwin for KYC purposes within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a hold being placed on deposits and withdrawals until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiwin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jiwin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate currency conversion services.
4.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. Minimum amounts may be revised by jiwin from time to time; current minimums are displayed in the jiwin cashier at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit on the account ("withdrawal mirror" policy). This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. jiwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Standard processing time is 1–3 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals to fully KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
4.4 Deposit Funds Ownership. By depositing funds into your jiwin account, you warrant that the funds deposited are not proceeds of criminal activity and that you are the legitimate account holder of the payment method being used. jiwin may suspend an account and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable cause to suspect a breach of this warranty.
4.5 Inactive Account Policy. A jiwin account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. jiwin may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts with positive balances. Advance notice will be provided by email before any fee is applied.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on jiwin are subject to acceptance by jiwin at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed when jiwin issues a bet confirmation reference number to the user. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
5.2 Odds Errors. jiwin makes every reasonable effort to display accurate odds. Where an obvious error has occurred in the display of odds (including pricing errors, feed errors, or technical malfunctions), jiwin reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. jiwin will notify affected users and return staked funds to their accounts promptly.
5.3 Event Cancellations & Postponements. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to certain events or competitions – these are detailed in the jiwin sport-specific rules pages.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. jiwin applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed in the relevant jiwin betting market. jiwin will pay out up to the applicable maximum even if the calculated winnings exceed that limit.
5.5 Responsible Betting Limits. Users may set personal deposit limits, single-bet limits, and loss limits via their jiwin account settings. jiwin encourages all users to make use of these tools. Refer to the Responsible Gaming page for full details.
6.1 Game Availability. jiwin Casino game availability may vary due to maintenance windows, provider updates, or regulatory requirements. jiwin does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
6.2 RNG Certification. All non-live (RNG) casino games hosted on jiwin are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that outcomes are random and fair. Certification details for individual games are available from the respective game providers.
6.3 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games hosted on jiwin Casino are governed by the specific rules of each game variant, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or round, jiwin will resolve the outcome based on the recorded state of the game at the point of disconnection using studio footage and system logs.
6.4 House Edge. All casino games at jiwin carry a mathematical house advantage (house edge). This edge is inherent to the design of each game. Over time, the statistical expectation is that the house will retain a percentage of total wagers. jiwin does not alter or suppress house edge figures for any game.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiwin platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Termination by jiwin. jiwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious financial activity, or evidence of prohibited conduct. Upon termination for cause, jiwin may void all pending bets and withhold balances pending investigation.
8.2 Termination by User. You may close your jiwin account at any time by contacting jiwin customer support. Upon valid closure request, jiwin will return any positive balance to your registered payment method (subject to KYC verification being complete) within 5 business days.
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict or exclude themselves from jiwin for responsible gaming reasons may request a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of – or inability to use – the jiwin platform, including losses arising from betting or casino gaming outcomes, technical faults, or data loss.
jiwin's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jiwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jiwin is incorporated and licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact jiwin's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. jiwin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider as designated by jiwin's licensing authority.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of jiwin complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. jiwin makes no representation that accessing or using the platform is lawful in any specific location in Pakistan or elsewhere. By using jiwin, you accept full responsibility for compliance with your local laws.
